AledaMail is an email marketing and automation platform. It is built and operated by Aledamail — the same team behind Senders.ai, an AI-powered cold email and outbound platform serving 200+ companies.
AledaMail is a full email marketing and automation platform. It handles campaigns, subscriber lists, segmentation, visual email creation, automations and journeys, event-driven triggers, transactional email, landing pages, analytics, and an MCP server for AI-assisted campaign management.
What makes AledaMail different from most email marketing platforms is its sending model. Rather than bundling sending infrastructure into the subscription price, AledaMail lets customers connect their own sending provider — Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, SparkPost, or any SMTP server. This means the software and infrastructure layers are separate: AledaMail provides the platform, you own the delivery infrastructure.
AledaMail is built by Aledamail — a team with direct operational experience in email deliverability, sending infrastructure, and the challenges that agencies and SaaS teams face managing email at scale across multiple clients and use cases.
That operational background shapes how AledaMail is built: agency multi-workspace, white-label branding, BYOS infrastructure, and transactional email as a first-class feature are all things the team has worked with directly, not features added to match a competitor's spec sheet.
AledaMail works best for three types of customers:
Agencies managing email marketing for multiple clients. AledaMail's agency mode provides isolated client workspaces, white-label branding, shared or separate sending infrastructure per client, and a single login to manage all accounts. The flat monthly fee covers all client workspaces rather than scaling per client.
SaaS products that need lifecycle email, onboarding sequences, trial conversion, payment failure notifications, and transactional messages in one platform. AledaMail accepts custom events from your application and routes them into automations. Transactional email (password resets, receipts, account alerts) is a separate REST API included on all paid plans.
Businesses that already operate their own sending infrastructure — an Amazon SES account, a SendGrid account — and want full email marketing capabilities above it without paying bundled per-contact pricing on top of their existing infrastructure costs.
AledaMail does not include a built-in CRM. It integrates with external CRMs via API and webhook, but does not bundle deal pipelines, sales tasks, or lead scoring. Teams that need CRM and email marketing tightly integrated in one product should consider ActiveCampaign or HubSpot.
AledaMail is not a multi-channel platform. It focuses on email. It does not include SMS, push notifications, or in-app messaging. Teams that need coordinated multi-channel lifecycle messaging should consider Customer.io or Brevo.
AledaMail does not hold SOC 2 Type II certification or offer HIPAA Business Associate Agreements. Teams in regulated industries with enterprise compliance requirements should verify whether AledaMail's current certifications meet their procurement requirements before committing.
The sending infrastructure layer — Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun — and the marketing platform layer are genuinely different things with different responsibilities. Most bundled platforms control both and charge for both in a single per-contact price. AledaMail's position is that these layers should be separable: you should be able to own your sending infrastructure, your IP reputation, and your sending account, while still having access to a full marketing platform above it.
This is not a claim that BYOS is always the right choice. It requires more initial setup and gives you more operational responsibility. But for teams at meaningful scale, for agencies with multiple clients, and for businesses that already operate infrastructure, the separation gives more control and typically lower combined cost than bundled alternatives.
The principle that guides this: you should not have to build an email platform yourself just because you want control of your email infrastructure.
