Aledamail is an email marketing platform operated by Aledamail, doing business as Senders ("we", "us", "our"). Our primary address for privacy inquiries is privacy@senders.co.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information
When your account is provisioned, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information necessary to maintain your account.
2.2 Subscriber data you upload
You may upload subscriber lists containing email addresses and associated data (names, custom fields, tags). You are the data controller for this information. We process it on your behalf to deliver the email marketing services you request.
2.3 Usage data
We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, campaigns created and sent, and browser/device information.
2.4 Email engagement data
We collect data on email opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes to provide campaign analytics and maintain list health.
2.5 Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See Section 8.

4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information or your subscribers' data. We share data only:
- Service providers: Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Subscriber data is deleted within 90 days of account termination. Campaign analytics and logs are retained for 24 months.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. Contact privacy@senders.co to exercise these rights.
For subscribers on your lists: You are the data controller. Your subscribers should contact you directly. We will assist you in responding to such requests.
8. Cookies
Aledamail uses only essential cookies (session management, CSRF protection, preferences). No advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. International transfers
Our servers are in the United States and Europe. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
Aledamail is not directed to children under 16. Contact privacy@senders.co if you believe a child has provided us with personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. The effective date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
